MEMBERSHIPS

• 20% off treatments Monday through Thursday, except during BALNEA holidays and celebrations (applicable on our regular rates);
• 20% discount on products in the boutique (applicable on our regular rates);
• $10 discount on the full day thermal experience for 2 guests per visit (not applicable on e-ticket, applicable on our regular rates);
• 15% discount at the LUMAMI restaurant;
• Unlimited access to the 22 km of trails of the Mount Gale Network.

• The membership is active and valid starting on the date of its first use. Activation must be done within a maximum of one year from the date of purchase;
• The membership does not guarantee immediate access to site on busy days. To avoid waiting time in periods of high season, it is recommended to arrive at opening;
• The duration of the membership varies depending on type of membership purchased;
• Cannot be combined to any offer or promotion;
• Limit of one visit per day per member. If you leave the site, you must clear your locker;
• For optimal relaxation, cellphones, tablets and cameras are prohibited on the site and must be left in your locker.

All of the following rules must be followed at all times:

• No smoking or use of any type of drugs on site;
• It is forbidden to bring your own food on site;
• It is not permitted to reserve chairs with your belongings;
• Cellphones and electronic devices are not permitted on site, with the exception of LUMAMI restaurant;
• Rinse any oil or sunscreen before using the baths.
• All consumption must be paid on the same day;
• Swimwear is mandatory at all times.

• The membership is valid for one person only. It is forbidden to allow anyone to access the facilities on your behalf. Identification must be provided at each visit;
• Check-in and check-out at the reception are mandatory;
• Queuing cannot be avoided by registering before the customers already present;
• Lockers are strategically assigned, so it is impossible to chose the size of the locker;
• You are responsible for ensuring the validity of your membership and you will be billed according to our current rates if you visit us when your membership is expired;
• You release BALNEA of any responsibility following an injury occurring on site or the risks related to swimming;
• You release BALNEA from all responsibilities following the loss or theft of an object;
• BALNEA reserves the right to control the number of alcoholic drinks per guest;
• Non-transferable. Non-refundable. Non exchangeable;
• Membership cannot be suspended;
• No exceptions will be accepted.

BALNEA reserves the right to cancel the subscription if any of the terms of this agreement are not met. In such event, the refund will be prorated for the number of days remaining in the membership term.

BALNEA reserves the right to interrupt the validity of any membership in the event of force majeure (partial or complete shutdown of facilities) and/or to modify the related service offering. In this case, BALNEA undertakes to extend the duration of the membership for a period equivalent to that during which the service could not be offered in its entirety.
