From March 4th to 6th, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., BALNEA welcomes children aged 8 to 11 during the Youth March Break mornings. One accompanying adult per child. Please note that tickets are limited. Online reservation is mandatory.

From February 28th to March 9, 2025, the minimum admission age to the facilities is lowered to 12 years and older. Additionally, individuals aged 17 and under enjoy a 25% discount on the thermal experience by presenting their student card (excluding Saturdays). *
Student discount
Students aged 18 and older, take advantage of a 15% discount on the thermal experience and a 10% discount on treatments by presenting their student card (excluding Saturdays).*

Conditions for Youth March Break mornings
This activity will only take place from March 4th to March 6th, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
At a cost of $70 + taxes, a Youth March Break mornings ticket is valid for a child aged 8 to 11 (identification required to confirm the child’s age) and an adult (18 years and older). This ticket includes a 2-hour access to the reserve and thermal experience (from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.), the loan of towels, water bottles, a digital locker, and robes. Robes are not provided to children who are 4 feet 8 inches and shorter; however, they can bring their own. It is recommended to bring sandals and hats and to arrive in line by 8:45 a.m.
An additional accompanying adult is allowed for each ticket sold. The extra adult will need to pay for their access on-site, on the day of the activity, at a cost of $45 + taxes.
The ticket is valid for one Youth/Adult Duo Morning on the specified date. Each sale is final and cannot be canceled or refunded. The ticket is valid for a specific date and cannot be changed once purchased. It cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Reselling is prohibited.
One (1) Youth/Adult Duo Morning ticket per adult-child pair is required to access the site. The ratio of 2 children to 1 adult will not be accepted at the reception. The purchase must be made online, and it is not possible to purchase an ticket with a gift card. We do not guarantee the weather conditions or the number of facilities in service. There is a maximum of 30 Youth/Adult Duo Morning tickets per morning. You must be in the company of your child at all times and maintain a quiet and calm atmosphere throughout your visit. If these rules are not followed, BALNEA reserves the right to ask you to leave the site.
Conditions for ages 12 and older
One accompanying adult aged 18 and older per guest aged 12 to 15. Access is allowed without an accompanying adult from the age of 16.
Children aged 12 to 17 are entitled to a 25% discount on the thermal experience and 10% discount on treatment.
Students aged 18 and older are entitled to a 15% discount on the thermal experience and 10% discount on treatment.
Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotion, are not applicable to e-tickets, and are not valid on Saturdays.
Do I need to make a reservation for the thermal experience?
Purchasing an e-ticket is not required to access the thermal experience, but it is recommended during busy periods. Without an e-ticket or treatment reservation, you may need to wait for availability before being able to enter.
Are my free access tickets valid during March Break?
If you have free access obtained during our 2024 Holiday promotion, they are not valid during the March break week please refer to this validity calendar.
