This increase is the result of several factors. The main reason is our commitment to maintaining an exceptional and high-quality experience for our guests. Indeed, the prices at BALNEA Spa Voyage had not been adjusted in several years. Therefore, we had to account for the increase in our team’s wages, the rising costs of the products we use, as well as the evolution of market prices.
We are committed to providing a superior experience. The price adjustments allow us to continue investing in high-end equipment and enhance the training of our team members. We want to ensure that every guest enjoys a relaxing and revitalizing experience before their flight.
The location in an airport incurs additional costs, such as space management, enhanced security, and expenses related to operating a business in a high-traffic environment. These factors are considered in the price revision to ensure the continuity and quality of our services while respecting the specific constraints of this environment.
All reservations made by March 1st inclusive, for a date after March 1st, will be honored at the old rates. Any customer who calls and/or arrives after March 1st will be charged according to the new rates.
