Each massage package includes a one-hour massage and full unrestricted access to the reserve and the Full-Day Thermal Experience. Four Seasons Free Access Tickets to the Thermal Experience will be automatically added to your cart based on the number of massage packages added or the total value of your cart. For every purchase of $420 + tx., you will receive one Free Access Ticket.

Our packages have no expiration date and can be used for the purchased package or the equivalent monetary value. For security and fraud prevention reasons, gift cards can be used 48 hours after the purchase date. A minimum purchase of 2 massage packages or the equivalent monetary value is required to receive  Free Access Ticket to the Thermal Experience. Please note that it is not possible to make any changes to an already completed order. Any promotional code must be entered in the designated field before confirming the order. All online or in-person orders are considered final sales. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. This offer is not valid for E-ticket category. 

4 Seasons Free Access Tickets to the Thermal Experience can be used from January to December 2025 on the dates specified in this validity calendar. Only one free Thermale Experience can be used per visit, per person. Each free Access Ticket is exchangeable for the Full-Day Thermal Experience and is non-redeemable, non-cumulative, non-separable, non-transferable, not combinable with any other offer or promotion, and is applicable only at the reception (not on the E-ticket). No reservations are possible for the free Thermal Experience unless you wish to add a treatment or massage. In that case, you must call to make a reservation.
