RULES: WIN ONE OF 125 DUO PASSES FOR THE THERMAL EXPERIENCE

The contest WIN ONE OF 125 DUO PASSES FOR THE THERMAL EXPERIENCE will begin on May 29, 2024, at 8:00 AM (EDT) and will end on June 11, 2024, at 11:59 PM EDT.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

This contest is open to all residents of Canada who have access to the Internet and have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of registration. Excluded are: employees, representatives, and/or agents of BALNEA spa + thermal reserve, as well as individuals residing with them. The contest is void where prohibited by law. The odds of winning the prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the contest closing date. Limit of one entry per person for the duration of the contest. Any person who participates or attempts to participate more times than the authorized number, or who uses a robotic, automatic, mechanical, electronic, or other unauthorized duplication method under this regulation, will be considered to have attempted falsification or manipulation, which will automatically result in the cancellation of their participation. Persons participating in the contest acknowledge having read these rules and agree to abide by them.

REGISTRATION AND DRAW

The contest will run from May 29, 2024, at 8:00 AM until June 11, 2024, at 11:59 PM (EDT); no entries will be accepted after the aforementioned deadline for any reason. Entries received after this deadline will be rejected. The draw for the 125 winners will take place in Bromont, Quebec, on June 12, 2024, around 10:00 AM (EDT) at BALNEA, located at 319 Chemin du Lac Gale, Bromont, J2L 2S5, and will be conducted among all eligible entry forms received on the website www.balnea.ca by the contest closing date. Selected participants will be notified by email during the week following the draw.

The contest will also be featured on the website www.balnea.ca, as well as in 2 newsletters from BALNEA spa, always referring to https://www.balnea.ca/en/concours-125-acces/ to participate

CONTEST PARTICIPATION

To enter the contest, participants must fill out the form at the following link (no purchase necessary): https://www.balnea.ca/en/concours-125-acces/.

PRIZE

• 125 prizes will be awarded, valued at $170 + taxes per duo, for a total amount of $21,250 + taxes.

Each prize includes:

• Access for 2 people to the full-day thermal experience, valid for Tuesday, June 18, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Prize Claim:

Winners will be contacted via email on Wednesday, June 12.BALNEA will make at least one (1) attempt to contact the selected participants by email or phone (using the information provided in the entry form) within three (3) business days following the draw date. If, by the end of the three (3) business days following the draw date, it has been impossible to reach the selected participants, or if the notification sent is returned as undeliverable, the participant in question will, at BALNEA’s sole discretion, be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the prize in question). In such a case, BALNEA reserves the right, at its sole discretion and if time permits, to randomly select another eligible participant from the remaining eligible entries (in which case, the provisions set out in this section will apply to the new selected participant).

PRIZE USAGE TERMS:

The prize is only valid on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. No cash balance will be provided. It cannot be combined with any other promotion or used at the boutique, restaurant, or applied to tips. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged, refunded, sold, or transferred. No substitutions will be provided. Any unused portion of a prize awarded, for any reason whatsoever, will be forfeited.
