I have had several visits to Balnea Spa and will continue to come back. The setting is gorgeous and the baths are seamlessly integrated into the natural surroundings. I have had massages and facials here and they are always amazing. I love that the spa is not part of a hotel and that the focus is on relaxation and health. No corners are cut. No details overlooked. No cheap materials. Only the best. Remarkable attention to details. The food and drinks are exquisite. This is the place to come for a day or for a week. I spent the entire day at Balnea spa and enjoyed every minute! Both their large grounds overlooking Gale Lake and their spacious, well designed facility housing the spa, restaurant and many quiet spots assure your complete relaxation. Balnea is located only 75 minutes away from Montreal but is a whole other world!!
